  • All Hunters Must Have a valid Texas Hunting License and Have Completed Texas State Hunting Requirements 

  • Guide Fees are per Guide per Day per Hunter.

  • We can accommodate up to 4 Guided Hunts Per day, if Extra Hunters Please Mention When Booking

  • All Hunters Must Notify Tacubaya Ranch Management If Unable to Handle Weapons!

  • Tips Are Not Included!

  • Set up fees Not Included!

  • Field Dressing, Skinning of Game, Meat Shipping, Antlers Shipping and handling of the above mentioned available for Extra Charges

  • All Hunters must have a valid Texas Hunting License and Have Completed Texas State Hunting Requirements 

  • All Hunters Must Have and Show Knowledge of Firearms Handling

  • NO LOADED WEAPONS ON PREMISES!

  • NO LOADED FIREARMS ON VEHICLES!

  • NO LOADED GUNS OR RIFLES AT LODGING!

  • ​All Hunters & Companions Must Sign Tacubaya Ranch Waiver and Requirements Documents!

  • All Hunts Must be Approved By GUIDE PRIOR TO FIRING! 

  • If You Shoot The WRONG DEER YOU PAY! (CHECK PRICE LIST)

  • All Hunters Must Sign Cost / Price Per Game-Hunt Acknowledgement Document!

  • All Hunters & Companions Must Show Valid Government Issued ID Prior to booking Hunt!

  • All Hunters Must Fire 2 Shoots with Their Rifles @ Our Shooting Range Prior To Hunting! (waived if Hunters signs Accuracy waiver - REMEMBER IF THERE IS BLOOD YOU PAY)

  • All Hunter will Allow Our Guides to Record & Video the Hunts!

  • Add-on Hunts May Not Be Transferred To or Combined With Companions or Other Hunters. Add-on Hunts for Hunter Only!

  • No Alcoholic Beverages While Hunting

  • No Alcoholic Beverages included with Any Hunts!

  • No One Hunts without a Valid License / if Companion decides to Hunt they Must Have A Valid Hunting License Issued By The State of Texas.

  • All Hunts Subject to Tacubaya's Ranch Management Interview & Approval

  • WOUNDED GAME COUNTS AS KILLS!     REMEMBER IF THERE IS BLOOD YOU PAY! GUIDE MUST APPROVE HUNT BEFORE SHOOTING!

  • Weekend Hunts / Extended Hunts No-Kill Fee: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 Fee will be charged Per Hunter.

  • Day Hunt No-Kill Fee: $500.00 Fee will be Charge plus a $150.00  Set-Up Fee

  • All Day Hunts Require a $500.00 minimum Non-Refundable Deposit.

  • All Weekend Hunts / Extended Hunts Require a $2,000.00 Non Refundable Deposit!

  • All Hunts Must be Paid Prior to Hunting Days.

  • Day Hunters Must be At the Ranch At 5 am on the Day of the Hunt.

  • Weekend Hunts Start Fridays @ 10 A.M. and end on Sunday @ 3 P.M.

  • Extended Days Subject to Availability.

  • Hunter Must Ask For Extended Days at Least Two (2) Weeks Prior to Hunt. (subject to availability)

  • Transportation Available for Out of Town Hunters. Ask For Terms, Price & Availability!

  • Deposits can be made Via Credit Card - Check - Cash - Electronic
